The problem
Pedro Rotger is an insurance agent in Alaró. Searching for his name brought up his Google Maps listing and third-party pages, but no website of his own. His clients speak Spanish, Catalan, English and German, which is normal in Mallorca. And the way he works doesn't fit a comparison site or an online quote tool: he needs to talk to each person. The goal was a website that put his name first, explained what he does in four languages and turned visits into a phone call, not just another form.
What I did
I built a static website in Spanish, Catalan, English and German, with hreflang and x-default. The design starts from his logo: cream, navy and gold, with Oswald and Source Sans hosted on the site's own server. The heart of the site is the call-back request. Visitors leave their name and phone number, Pedro gets an email alert and every request is saved to a Google Sheet. The form has anti-spam protection with a honeypot and a per-IP limit, and there is no public phone number in the body of the site. Each language has five service pages (home, car and motorbike, health, life, shops and self-employed) and a blog with scheduled publishing. On the technical side: a sitemap with language alternates, structured data (InsuranceAgency, FAQ, Service, Blog and breadcrumbs), canonical tags, Open Graph and legal pages adapted to the sector (Spain's LSSI and the GDPR).
The result
Pedro now has a website of his own: fast, with no external dependencies for its fonts. It is live on Hostinger and verified in Google Search Console. Enquiries reach him organised and in writing, and he can grow the content himself through the blog. It is still too early to share traffic or enquiry figures. When I have them, I will add them here. You can see it at pedrorotgerseguros.es.
